Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or related field

Certifications in project management, change management, LEAN, and understanding of relevant tools, methodologies, and software are all an asset

Minimum of 3+ years of proven project management experience in a business environment

Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred

LEAN, Six Sigma, or Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci) are beneficial

Familiarity with project management tools and platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, Jira) is advantageous

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

Effective attention to detail, time management and organizational skills

Work independently as well as in a team environment

Document management system

Analytical and problem solving skills

Maintain confidentiality

Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints

Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, etc.

Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment
