Responsibilities

Training crew members in operational and service behaviors

Supervising crew in service, cleanliness and food quality behaviors to ensure we meet the needs of our guests

Executing cost control systems

Having a “Can-Do” attitude when working as part of the team

Basic Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

One year of fast food/QSR supervisory experience

Reliable transportation

Demonstrated problem solving and multi-tasking skills

Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
