Base Pay Range $75,000 – $85,000 per year
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed activity and revenue goals.
Identify and qualify prospective clients through proactive outreach and networking.
Apply consultative selling techniques to address client needs and overcome objections.
Build and maintain strong relationships within the business community to generate new opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM tools.
Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3-5+ years of B2B sales experience (experience in staffing or professional services required).
Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
Ability to work independently and achieve results in a fast‑paced environment.
