STV is seeking an Assistant Project Manager – Data Centers, Mission Critical for their Construction Management group in Mount Pleasant, WI. We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager with a strong history of representing owners on capital programs, facility upgrades, renovations and additions. The successful candidate will manage Capital Program Management/Owners Representative assignments, guiding projects through all phases—including budgeting, planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, move‑management planning, and close‑out services. Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in leading the project team, goal setting, and developing policies and procedures to guide the project/program and mentor team members. Carry out duties as assigned by the Project Manager to achieve successful project/program completion. Monitor design and construction activities to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards. Monitor and develop project budgets, cash‑flow analyses, cost estimates, and review purchase orders, change orders, and invoices. Forecast, identify, and address potential liabilities and risks. Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, ensuring that objectives are met. Maintain client, consultant, contractor, and vendor relationships and manage conflict resolution. Communicate complex ideas and persuade stakeholders, including executive leadership, to facilitate project success. Assist in the evaluation, development, and selection of standards, protocols, policies, and procedures. Provide guidance and instruction to less experienced team members. Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. Demonstrated experience with project management techniques, concepts, principles, and standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels. Ability to creatively resolve issues as they arise. Capability to supervise people, including recruitment, training, performance management, and development. High proficiency with Microsoft applications, including MS Project and SharePoint. Experience with project management software and applications. Ability to forecast project challenges and define solutions while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance. Compensation Range
