Job Summary

Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business growth by actively identifying, prospecting, and securing leads from brands, agencies, and key marketing decision‑makers. This role focuses heavily on outbound lead generation, building strong pipelines through targeted outreach, strategic networking, and industry research мабыя. The BDM will position Gushcloud’s services and capabilities to potential partners, qualify Mariana opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling proposals. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, strong relationship‑building skills, and a proactive, hunter‑style sales mindset.

Core Functions

Outbound Lead Generation & Prospecting

a. Identify and build targeted outbound lists of brands, agencies, and decision‑makers aligned with Gushcloud’s services.

b. Conduct proactive outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, industry forums, and networking events.

c. Maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of qualified outbound leads weekly and monthly.

Sales Development & Pipeline Management

a. Qualify leads through discovery calls/meetings to understand marketing objectives, budgets, and timelines.

b. Map out client organizations to identify key stakeholders and decision‑making structures.

c. Maintain accurate deal tracking, notes, and updates in CRM (e.g., Netsuite).

d. Forecast pipeline growth, opportunity status, and revenue potential.

Pitching & Proposal Coordination

a. Collaborate with the accounts, strategy, and talent teams to develop strong pitch materials and proposals.

b. Present Gushcloud’s capabilities, case studies, and solutions in pitch meetings

c. Facilitate smooth handover of converted leads to the Account/Sales team for execution.

Targets & Performance

a. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs on outbound leads generated, qualified opportunities, and revenue won.

b. Continuously optimize outreach approaches based on performance data.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management—preferably in ecommerce, advertising, influencer marketing, media, PR, digital agencies, or SaaS.

Proven track record in outbound prospecting and closing new business.

Experience selling to brand teams, marketing managers, digital agencies, or media buyers is a strong advantage.

Amenable to a hybrid setup, with onsite reporting twice a week at our office in Greenhills, San Juan City.
