Brief Description
This position’s main functions are to manage maintenance associates, provide leadership and direction and perform maintenance activities as a Senior Maintenance Technician. Area of responsibility includes all production equipment and facilities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Provide daily direction, guidance, and oversight of maintenance associates and projects.
Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff, including conducting annual performance reviews.
Manage and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all production and facility equipment.
Oversee and provide technical support for repairs and troubleshooting of both mechanical and electrical systems.
Research, recommend, and implement equipment upgrades and new technology to improve reliability and efficiency.
Coordinate with outside contractors, manage service agreements, and review/approve related invoices.
Purchase parts, tools, and supplies required for maintenance and facility operations.
Ensure compliance with all required inspections, including NFPA, local, state, and federal regulations.
Lead and maintain compliance programs for Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and NFPA 70E Arc Flash training.
Provide technical support to remote locations as needed.
Support and promote the company’s safety culture through training, coaching, and daily engagement.
Assist in preparing and managing the maintenance budget; monitor spending, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Oversee building systems such as HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Lead maintenance‑related emergency response efforts and develop contingency plans to quickly restore operations following equipment failure or facility issues.
Support company environmental initiatives; ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and local environmental standards where applicable.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and metrics. Use data to drive decision‑making and identify recurring issues.
Qualifications
Five years’ previous experience in a maintenance management role.
Moderate PC skills: experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, CMMS programs, PLC programs (AutoCAD is a plus).
Certification or proven history in one of the trades: electrical, welding, HVAC, or industrial maintenance are required.
