About Figure
Figure (NASDAQ: FIGR) is transforming capital markets through blockchain. We’re proving that blockchain isn’t just theory – it’s powering real products used by hundreds of thousands of consumers and institutions.
By combining blockchain’s transparency and efficiency with AI‑driven automation, Figure has reimagined how loans are originated, funded, and traded in secondary markets, delivering faster processing times, lower costs, and reduced bias to borrowers, investors, and financial institutions.
With 170+ partners, we have originated over $17 billion in home‑equity loans (HELOCs) on our blockchain‑native platform, making Figure the largest non‑bank provider of home‑equity financing in the U.S. The ecosystem also includes YLDS, an SEC‑registered yield‑bearing stablecoin that operates as a tokenized money‑market fund, and several other products reshaping consumer finance.
Role Summary As a Business Operations Analyst, you will act as a cross‑functional layer that keeps the different departments on the same page, with a focus on driving growth within our Digital Assets Capital Markets teams. You will collect data to identify root causes, measure performance against process requirements, and partner with senior leadership on high‑impact strategic projects and data analysis. This is a great opportunity to work at a rapidly growing start‑up alongside some of the brightest FinTech and blockchain leaders.
