What You Will Do
Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
Lead & engage – serve as the primary point of contact for event-related concerns, support directives from the Area or District Manager, and drive operational excellence.

Team Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time‑management skills
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work flexible and varying schedules to support the District Manager and customer commitments
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts
Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
Strong focus and attention to detail
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
Positive, team‑oriented attitude

Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Material Job Duties
Lead on‑site inventories in conjunction with the Area Manager using WIS standardized processes.
Assist with planning and execution of district travel and equipment logistics.
Address immediate concerns at inventory events.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Ensure Inventory Associates are educated on event procedures.
Model safe behaviors and maintain the safety of all associates.
Serve as backup to the Area Manager at events.
Lead by example, demonstrating core values and holding managers, supervisors, and associates accountable.
Exhibit strong work ethic while focusing on team‑oriented goals and collaboration.
Act as an expert on WIS core values, safety protocols, and policies.
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, and travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
