What You Will Do
Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy is critical
Follow a clear, consistent workflow – the playbook for success
Lead and engage as the primary point of contact for event‑related concerns, supporting directives from the Area or District Manager, and driving operational excellence

Team Requirements
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills
Strong customer service and conflict‑resolution skills
Ability to work flexible schedules and varying hours to support the District Manager and customer commitments
Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts
Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
Strong focus and attention to detail
Reliable attendance and consistency
Positive, team‑oriented attitude
Preferred: no degree required, reentering workforce, military experience
Access to reliable transportation
Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen as required
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, or meeting the WIS fleet driver requirements may be required
Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with the LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act
Material Job Duties
Lead, with the Area Manager, on‑site inventories at various customer locations using WIS standardized processes
Assist with planning and execution of district travel and equipment logistics
Address any immediate concerns at inventory events
Exhibit customer obsession through exemplary service and timely communication
Ensure Inventory Associates are fully educated on event procedures and guidance
Demonstrate safe behaviors and ensure safety of all Inventory Associates
Act as backup to the Area Manager at events
Lead by example, demonstrating core values and holding managers, supervisors and associates accountable
Exhibit strong work ethic while collaborating in a fast‑paced environment
Act as an expert on WIS core values, safety protocols and policies
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use a ladder, lift and carry up to 25 lbs, and travel by car and occasionally by plane (including overnight stays).
