Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative for the Branson area, who will own the entire customer lifecycle from initial contact through completed project. This role combines relationship management, business development, estimating, and project coordination.
This position is primarily focused on serving customers in the
Branson and surrounding area , and
preference will be given to candidates who live in or near the Branson market
and are familiar with the local area. Key Responsibilities Client Relationships Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, managers, contractors, and municipalities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Conduct site visits and property walk-throughs Communicate clearly before, during, and after projects Sales and Business Development Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up Respond promptly to inbound leads and bid requests Follow up consistently on open estimates Grow existing accounts through repeat work and expanded services Estimating Evaluate job sites and determine scope of work Prepare accurate, detailed estimates Clearly document scope and expectations Project Coordination Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and execute work Ensure job details, timelines, and expectations are clearly communicated Monitor projects through completion and address issues as they arise Perform post-job follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction Pipeline Management Track leads, estimates, and opportunities Maintain accurate notes, photos, and documentation Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently in the field Highly organized with attention to detail Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn the technical side of pavement maintenance Experience in construction, estimating, project management, or B2B sales preferred What We Offer Established company with a strong reputation and long-term customer base Competitive compensation with performance incentives Company vehicle Phone, tablet, and tools needed to succeed Long-term career opportunity with growth potential Equal Opportunity Statement Springfield Striping & Sealing is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
