Des Electrical LLC, a growing electrical contracting company based in Miami, FL, is looking for ahighly organized and bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistantto support our daily operations and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer communication via phone and email.
  • Schedule and coordinate field technicians and project timelines.
  • Handle estimates, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Organize documents, purchase orders, and internal records.
  • Obtain and manage city permits and inspection appointments.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage materials tracking.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Experience using Housecall Pro is preferred, or must have strong willingness and ability to learn it quickly.
  • Strong knowledge ofOutlook, Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, QuickBooks, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the construction or service industry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to workonsiteat our Miami office.
