Remedy Organics is a leading health and wellness company that produces high-quality, plant-based nutritional products. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented production lead/manager to oversee production processes, quality standards and inventory processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, quality control and inventory at various 3PL.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts by SKU, customer, and channel, incorporating sales trends, promotions, and product launches.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with co-manufacturers; secure production line time and confirm production schedules.
  • Ensure availability of raw materials and packaging ahead of scheduled production runs in collaboration with the supply chain team.
  • Monitor FG levels across multiple 3PL warehouse locations.
  • Create and maintain run sheets, bill of materials (BOM), and production logs.
  • Prepare and distribute production load sheets and ASN ahead of production.
  • Reconcile production output against expected yield and report key production KPI.
  • Support cross-functional teams during new product launches and commercialization efforts, ensuring production requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate and complete production and quality assurance (QA) records for all runs in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of CPG production processes, supply chain, quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP system, warehouse management system and other relevant software and systems for production and quality management.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with co-manufacturers preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
