Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to client inquiries via phone and other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency.
* Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining clear and accurate documentation.
* Resolve and de-escalate client issues with empathy and effective problem-solving.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
