About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Dean and Director for its School of Nursing. The successful candidate will be a visionary and collaborative leader, responsible for setting the strategic vision of the School in alignment with the institution's goals. Applicants must have an earned doctoral degree in nursing or a related field, with the credentials to be a tenured full professor. A minimum of 3 years' teaching experience in a nursing education program, experience in higher education administration, and a strong background in leadership, budgeting, and personnel management are required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transformational leadership, fostering effective relationships, and experience in clinical practice. The role also demands a commitment to student success, research, and scholarship, as well as the ability to create and advocate for nursing policies at various levels.
