About the Role

The Company is seeking a Divisional Merchandise Manager (DMM) to serve as a business owner and category strategist, with a focus on defining and executing a compelling merchandising strategy that drives innovation, profitable growth, and emotional connection with fans. The DMM will be responsible for the end-to-end assortment strategy, including the performance of merchandise across the Ecommerce network. This role requires a leader who can shape the company's point of view in the category, build a balanced assortment, and own the category's lifecycle plan. The DMM will also be the face of the company to key brand partners and vendors, leading negotiations to secure exclusive product access and long-term scale. Financial accountability is a key aspect of the role, with a focus on divisional performance, and the DMM will be expected to partner with planning to manage in-season performance and build clear business cases for growth investments.

The ideal candidate will have deep senior-level experience in merchandising, a proven track record in omnichannel retail environments, and a fan-centric mindset with a passion for product, speed, innovation, and culture. They should be a strategic thinker with commercial creativity, capable of leading a high-impact team and fostering a culture of bold leadership, collaboration, and accountability. The role demands a leader who is obsessed with fans, has a limitless entrepreneurial spirit, and demonstrates a determined and relentless mindset. The DMM will be expected to stay connected to the voice of the fan, monitor the competitive landscape, and be the category expert across vertical and market brands. A strong background in financial and operational acumen is essential, as is the ability to manage OTB, turn, AUR, and margin levers.
