About the Role
The Company is seeking a Campus Dean for its BSN Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the nursing program, including site supervision, development, planning, coordination, organization, implementation, and evaluation of all program activities. This role involves overseeing the program budget, faculty and staff, clinical site liaison, curriculum development, and ensuring program compliance with regulatory standards. The Campus Dean will also serve as a student advocate, maintain program policies and procedures, and be involved in the preparation of various written materials for state and board requirements.
Applicants must have a completed MSN and DNP, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role managing a BSN nursing program. A current RN license is a plus, and a master's or higher degree from an accredited institution with coursework in nursing, education, or administration is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of teaching experience in pre- or post-licensure nursing programs, a strong background in direct patient care, and demonstrated leadership skills. The role demands excellent communication, a commitment to diversity, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people and institutions. Experience in supervision, planning, and budget management is essential, as is a leadership style that emphasizes collaboration and teamwork.
