About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Advancement Officer and Executive Director to lead its philanthropic efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, alumni relations, and acting as the primary liaison for all philanthropic matters. This role involves long-range strategic planning, leadership, and day-to-day administration of the Foundation, with a focus on securing support for the institution's priorities. The Chief Advancement Officer/Executive Director will also be a key member of the senior leadership team, participating in strategic discussions, and policy formulation, and engaging in the college's budget, planning, and evaluation processes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, be adept at fostering positive relationships with various stakeholders, and be committed to the mission of the institution. As a strategic partner, the Chief Advancement Officer/Executive Director will work to rebuild and enhance the philanthropic culture and systems within the college. This is a pivotal role that requires a leader who is ready to make a significant impact and is dedicated to the success and growth of the institution and its students.
