Role Requirements for an Outside Sales Trainee
Activate AT&T residential services by assisting customers with mobile plan upgrades, internet installations, and bundled wireless solutions tailored to household needs. Master territory-based sales strategies, including lead nurturing, neighborhood canvassing, and digital tracking tools to maximize AT&T’s residential market share. Support team performance by reinforcing daily sales strategies, sharing insights from the field, and helping maintain momentum toward AT&T’s regional growth objectives. Assist in onboarding new team members by sharing knowledge of AT&T’s residential service audit process, Wi-Fi 6 hardware benefits, and secure customer data practices. Troubleshoot service issues and account concerns, ensuring customers receive timely resolutions that lead to successful AT&T device activations and service adoption. Use hyperlocal data to coordinate with Outside Sales Trainees on targeted sales campaigns aligned with AT&T Fiber rollouts and wireless promotions.
