About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, FP&A to lead the financial strategy of its rapidly scaling organization. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing a significant revenue business, optimizing cash management, and building world-class FP&A and treasury functions. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's continued expansion and requires a strategic leader with a strong background in FP&A, treasury/cash management, and accounting. The VP, FP&A will also be instrumental in driving process improvements, establishing a Treasury Management function, and enhancing cash forecasting.
Applicants for the VP, FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or Master's from a top-tier school. A minimum of 8-10 years' progressive finance leadership experience, including a background that encompasses CFO experience, is essential. The role demands a candidate with a strong foundation in FP&A, treasury/cash management, and accounting, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A low ego, collaborative leadership style aligned with a mission-driven culture is also a key requirement.
