About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Accounting to lead enterprise-wide transformation and ensure the integrity and modernization of the accounting infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all corporate and financial reporting functions, establishing standardized accounting policies, and driving initiatives focused on centralization, standardization, and automation. This role requires a strategic accounting leader with a proven track record in leading accounting transformation and automation initiatives, as well as significant experience in managing multi-location, inventory-intensive operations. The Vice President of Accounting will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and SOX, and will serve as the primary accounting advisor to executive leadership and the Audit Committee.

Applicants for the Vice President of Accounting position at the company should have an active CPA license, a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Master's degree preferred), and at least 15 years of progressive accounting leadership experience, with a strong background in public company accounting. The role demands a candidate with deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance, as well as a proven ability to build and mentor high-performing teams. Experience with ERP implementations, a background in a Big 4 or national public accounting firm, and a track record of supporting M&A activity and post-acquisition integration are also preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the CFO, capable of driving meaningful change and making a lasting impact on the organization's financial operations.
