73162 Summary: Under general supervision, is responsible for
professional administrative work related to contracts . This includes creating contract documents, merging documents, routing contracts for signatures both internally and
externally, entering contracts into Edison and BCMS, logging contract status in BCMS , saving
documents to shared drive, responding via email to contract-related questions
from internal and external stakeholders, attending in-person and virtual meetings, and
providing administrative support to the Division, such as taking meeting notes, scheduling meetings, answering phone, et c. Operates standard office machines and equipment as necessary including typing on a computer for prolonged periods of time. Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree AND experience equivalent to four years of full-time, increasingly responsible professional staff administrative work . Substitution of Experience for Education: Qualifying full-time, increasingly responsible sub-professional, para-professional, or professional experience may be substituted for the required education, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of four years. Substitution of Education for Experience: Additional graduate coursework in public administration, business administration, or other acceptable field may be substituted for the required experience, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of two years.
