Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to grow business in the North American market. This role involves managing relationships with distributors, partners, and direct customers, while driving sales growth through strategic planning, customer support, and market development. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and sales partners. Identify new business opportunities and develop sales channels. Visit and communicate with customers to understand needs, present solutions, and close sales. Prepare quotes, proposals, and necessary documentation. Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, ensuring satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Assist with sales promotions, product materials, and marketing activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or related field is a plus). Must have knowledge and experience of centrifugal pumps. Previous channel sales, channel management experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Valid driver’s license and passport required. Experience of Magnetic-Drive Pump is a big plus. Travel Up to 1–2 trips per month within North America (by car or plane).
