The Executive Director/Vice President of Biostatistics will be instrumental in leading the biostatistics efforts for both clinical and diagnostics development programs. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with CRO and diagnostic partner statisticians to design, develop, and interpret statistical aspects of exploratory and pivotal studies, ensuring robust methodology and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for aligning biostatistics strategy with cross-functional teams, supporting real-time decision-making through data analysis, and contributing significantly to FDA submissions and meetings.
Applicants for this role at the company should hold a Ph.D. in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in biostatistics for clinical and diagnostic development, including a strong background in companion diagnostics.
