The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (EVP & CFO) to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key partner in the financial, operational, and strategic direction of the organization, leading a wide range of functions including financial services, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, budgeting, accounting, supply chain management, and revenue cycle. This role is pivotal in the continued growth and integration of the company, and the EVP & CFO will have the opportunity to further integrate these functions, develop partnerships, and work collaboratively with operations to ensure the company's success.
The ideal EVP & CFO will have a strong background as a finance executive in a complex, multi-site health system environment, with a proven track record of professional growth and strong outcomes. They must be an effective business strategist, capable of defining and articulating a financial vision, and excel at leading through influence to drive transformation. Strong communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead and retain top talent are essential. The role requires a balance between strategic and operational finance, and the EVP & CFO will be expected to be a mentor and advocate for financial talent across the organization.
