About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as the Senior Vice President and lead the financial functions of its multi-specialty health center. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the financial strategy, participating in long-term planning, and ensuring the financial soundness of the organization. This role involves the preparation and presentation of various budgets, including the annual operating budget, capital budget, and cash flow, as well as managing financial variances. The CFO will also lead the Finance Committee, attend Board meetings, and play a key role in the overall financial management of the company.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years' progressive financial management experience in a non-profit healthcare setting is required, with a preference for candidates who have at least 3 years' of senior director or executive-level leadership experience. While not mandatory, a CPA or CPA eligibility is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, have a strong understanding of financial operations in a healthcare environment, and be capable of leading a dynamic team to achieve operational and financial goals.
