Drive in‑store mobile sales performance by promoting AT&T smartphones and service plans that meet residential customer needs.
Support account setup and device activations by verifying eligibility, completing documentation, and ensuring accurate configuration of phones and services.
Provide bilingual customer assistance by explaining plan benefits, device functionality, and upgrade opportunities in both English and Spanish.
Troubleshoot device and service concerns by resolving connectivity issues, clarifying smartphone features, and coordinating with technical teams when required.
Maintain accurate CRM records by documenting customer interactions, service milestones, and account preferences to support retention and compliance.
Contribute to store operations by monitoring inventory, aligning with team goals, and ensuring consistent delivery standards across AT&T’s wireless offerings.
