Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Design, procure, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues and non-conformances. Support the successful introduction of new products into manufacturing (NPI). Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Create and maintain detailed work instructions, process specifications, and manufacturing documentation. Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, improve throughput, and reduce scrap.
