Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Manufacturing Engineer in the Murfreesboro, TN area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and support production processes, tooling, and equipment

  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, time studies, and line balancing

  • Improve throughput, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)

  • Create and maintain standard work, work instructions, and process documentation

  • Support new product introductions (NPI) and production launches

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues

  • Collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is preferred

  • 2+ years of relevant engineering experience within a manufacturing/production environment

  • Experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
