Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Manufacturing Engineer in the Murfreesboro, TN area.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and support production processes, tooling, and equipment
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, time studies, and line balancing
Improve throughput, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
Create and maintain standard work, work instructions, and process documentation
Support new product introductions (NPI) and production launches
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues
Collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is preferred
2+ years of relevant engineering experience within a manufacturing/production environment
Experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Our Client Offers:
Annual Base Salary

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
