Monitor student progress, maintaining detailed records and communicating with parents and caregivers. Implement behavior management strategies aligned with students' IEPs (Individualized Education Programs). Participate actively in professional development and team meetings. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Special Education teaching certification appropriate for K-12 education. Experience teaching middle and high school students, preferably in math and science subjects. Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEP development, and differentiated instruction techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff. Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
