An opportunity is available for a full-time Special Education Teacher specializing in math and science instruction for grades 6th through 12th. This contract position is ideal for educators seeking a commitment through the current school year (CSY) in a K-12 educational setting. Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction in math and science to students with diverse learning needs. Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique abilities and goals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and inclusion. Monitor and assess student performance, adjusting teaching strategies as needed. Maintain effective communication with families and support services. Preferred Qualifications: Valid teaching certification in Special Education. Experience working with middle and high school students, particularly in math and science subjects.
