This contract position runs from January 5, 2026, through May 22, 2026, in Pickerington, OH, offering an engaging setting to make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized instruction and support to a caseload of approximately 8 elementary students, primarily Kindergarten, with varying grade levels and diverse learning needs. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students unique abilities and goals. Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to promote inclusive practices and student success. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain a positive, supportive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth. Qualifications: Active Ohio Intervention Specialist license required. Prior experience working with elementary students with multiple disabilities is preferred. Strong knowledge of special education regulations, instructional best practices, and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work onsite full time throughout the semester.
