A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to support K-12 students within a public school setting in New Braunfels, TX. This role requires a dedicated professional who can deliver direct therapy services, collaborate with school staff, and participate in key student assessment meetings. Responsibilities include: Providing direct occupational therapy services to students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade Consulting and collaborating with educators and support staff to develop effective therapy plans Attending Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to contribute to individualized education programs (IEPs) Conducting thorough evaluations to assess student needs and progress Traveling between multiple school sites as required Qualifications: Current Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) licensure Experience working in school-based therapy settings preferred Ability to work with a caseload of approximately 60-65 students Flexibility to coordinate evaluation and direct therapy delivery, including working alongside a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or utilizing VOCO OT resources This assignment is contracted through the current school year, beginning as soon as possible and continuing until May 22, 2026.
