The contract role spans the current school year with a caseload of approximately 60-65 students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade. The therapist will be responsible for delivering direct therapy, consulting with educational staff, attending ARD meetings, and conducting student evaluations to support individualized education programs. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across multiple school sites Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective strategies Conduct thorough evaluations to assess student needs and progress Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to discuss student goals and accommodations Coordinate with VOCO OTs and COTAs to optimize service delivery, particularly for evaluation and therapy sessions Required Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) Experience working with K-12 student populations Ability to manage a caseload of 60-65 students Comfort with traveling to multiple school locations Excellent communication and collaboration skills This contract position provides a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact student development and educational success.
