Key Responsibilities: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students in low incidence/autism classrooms Collect and analyze data on student progress to inform treatment adjustments Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes Maintain compliance with all regulatory and district guidelines Manage caseload effectively across assigned schools, serving students ranging from early childhood to upper elementary Qualifications: Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or experience as a Behavior Specialist Prior experience working in school settings preferred, with opportunities for candidates from entry-level (0-2 years) to experienced professionals (10+ years) Ability to work full time onsite across multiple locations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to supporting diverse learners with specialized behavioral needs Position Details: Contract duration: Immediate start through May 29, 2026 Full-time hours Candidates should specify which school(s) they are interested in during the application process This role offers an impactful opportunity to apply behavioral expertise in supportive school environments dedicated to empowering students with unique learning challenges.
