Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time opportunity is available for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support K-12 students in several school settings focused on low incidence and autism classrooms. This contract position offers the chance to work on-site across multiple schools serving a diverse student population located in Summerville, SC. The position is active from ASAP through May 29, 2026. Key responsibilities include: Implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collecting and analyzing data on student behaviors and progress Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to support student development Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation as required by the school system Participating in team meetings and contributing to individualized education programs (IEPs) Ideal candidates will demonstrate: Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities, preferably within school settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and families Ability to follow behavior protocols meticulously and use data collection tools effectively Flexibility to work across multiple school sites during the contract period This role requires candidates to specify their interest in one or more of the following school assignments: North Charleston Elementary School Low Incidence/Autism Classroom Pinehurst Elementary Low Incidence/Autism Classroom Ashley River Creative Arts Low Incidence/Autism Classroom Benefitting from a structured environment within a supportive team, successful candidates will gain valuable experience working directly with students requiring specialized behavioral support.
