A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Hillsboro, OR, serving a K-12 school setting. This contract position covers the current school year, providing a valuable role supporting students with diverse speech and language needs. Responsibilities include: Delivering comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy services to students across kindergarten through 12th grade Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation consistent with state and district guidelines Providing guidance and support to school staff regarding speech-language development and related strategies Qualifications and experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Oregon state license issued by the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with a K-12 caseload preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs The position requires full-time availability (35+ hours weekly) and is anticipated to begin as soon as possible through June 11, 2026. The exact caseload and number of schools assigned will be determined.
