A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized support within a K-12 school setting in the Hillsboro, OR area for the current school year. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work directly with diverse student populations across multiple grade levels, supporting their communication and language development through individualized therapy and collaborative educational planning. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language assessments, diagnoses, and therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other education professionals. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Promote communication skills development that supports classroom success and social interaction. Required Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Oregon state license for Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with school-aged children is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff. Location: On-site assignment within the Beaverton School District, Portland metropolitan area. Duration and Schedule: Contract runs from ASAP through June 11, 2026. Full-time position requiring 35+ hours per week.
