A licensed Texas School Psychologist (LSSP/PSYCH) opportunity is available to support K-12 students in a West Houston school setting. This full-time contract role runs from ASAP through June 4, 2026, and requires on-site presence to perform school-based psychological services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students Provide behavioral support and intervention planning Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff for student consultation Maintain compliance with all state and district regulations Qualifications: Valid and active Texas LSSP or Psychologist license (submission of license screenshot required) Previous school-based experience, specifically within K-12 settings Experience working with students with Autism and behavioral challenges preferred Reliable transportation and ability to commit to a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) Ability to complete fingerprinting and other onboarding requirements promptly Location: Cypress, Texas area (West Houston) Position Type: Full-time Contract Assignment Duration: Current School Year (CSY) through June 4, 2026 Interview Format: Virtual via Microsoft Teams (1530 minutes) This role demands professionals with a strong foundation in school psychology and behavioral consultation, familiar with the needs of diverse student populations.
