Join an elementary school team in Los Angeles, CA, as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) providing vital support to young learners. This part-time, contract position offers a full semester commitment with approximately 20-25 hours per week, helping students develop essential skills in a dynamic school environment. The role is based onsite, directly impacting an elementary school caseload. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services designed to enhance student participation and performance within the school setting. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to create and implement individualized support plans. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to meet educational goals. Communicate regularly with parents and school personnel regarding student development and therapy outcomes. Qualifications: Must hold an active California license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Previous experience working in a school-based setting is required. Ability to manage an elementary student caseload effectively. Strong communication and organizational skills. Available for part-time hours onsite with a commitment through June 12, 2026.
