This opportunity is for a full-time Early Childhood Special Education Teacher serving K-12 students in a supportive school environment located in the Denver area. The position requires endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education (0-8) and involves co-teaching in classrooms focused on early childhood special education services. Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction to students aged 0-8 within a co-teaching classroom setting. Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies to meet individual needs. Maintain accurate records and comply with all district and state educational guidelines. Participate actively in ongoing professional development and team meetings. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Colorado Department of Education certification. Early Childhood Special Education (0-8) endorsement required. Experience working with early childhood special education students preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Location and Schedule: This on-site contract position is based in Thornton, Colorado, within the Denver metropolitan area.
