This position is based in Lindsborg, KS, and offers a contract running from January through June 2026. The role involves working with self-contained classrooms, resource rooms, and special day classrooms, providing tailored support to students with diverse learning needs. Qualifications: Active state license in special education Experience working with students across K-12 grade levels preferred Ability to manage caseloads effectively and provide individualized instruction Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and support staff Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction to students in self-contained, resource, or special day classrooms Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and other specialists to support student success Maintain thorough documentation and communicate regularly with families and administrators Position Details: Contract dates: January 2026 to June 2026 Hours per week: 30-37.5 Days per week: 5 Caseload includes K-12 students requiring various levels of support Benefits include highly competitive compensation with weekly pay, comprehensive insurance options (medical, dental, vision, life, and more), a matching 401(k), and access to a flexible spending account.
