A full-time position is available for a School Psychologist providing services in elementary schools within the Chattanooga area. This role requires dedicated professionals to support K-5 students through psychological evaluations, development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Behavior Plans, and participation in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings. Contract position from January 5, 2026, through May 21, 2026 Hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Assignment:
Elementary school caseload, K-5 with potential minor travel between schools Work Environment:
On-site only; no virtual or hybrid options are available Qualifications and Experience: Active Tennessee Department of Education certification in School Psychology Experience working with elementary school-aged children (K-5) Proficient in conducting psychological evaluations and developing IEPs and Behavior Plans Ability to participate effectively in ARD meetings Strong organizational and communication skills Willingness to travel between schools as assignments require Candidates with 0+ years of experience will be considered; pay is commensurate with experience Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess student needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement IEPs and Behavior Plans Attend and contribute to ARD meetings to support student education plans Monitor and report on student progress and adjust plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and local regulations This opportunity offers direct involvement with students in a supportive school environment, enabling you to make a meaningful impact on childrens educational and emotional development. xsgimln Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply promptly to be considered for interviews and placement.
