Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to promote academic and social growth. Maintain accurate records and provide regular communication with all stakeholders. Qualifications: Hold a valid Tennessee Special Education License. Experience working with elementary-age students in special education. Strong knowledge of special education instructional strategies and state regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
