This role offers the opportunity to support the social, emotional, and academic development of diverse student populations in a supportive school environment. Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluate student needs for grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and advocate for student well-being Implement prevention programs and support school-wide initiatives promoting positive mental health Qualifications: Certification as a School Psychologist Experience working with students across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels Strong skills in psychological testing, data analysis, and report writing Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within educational settings Knowledge of current educational laws and practices related to special education services Location:This position is based in State College, PA, offering a collaborative and enriching community focused on student success.
