This full-time Special Education Teacher position offers an opportunity to provide support within a resource setting for elementary students with mild to moderate disabilities. The role involves working part-time at two elementary schools in Lakeville, MN, delivering a half day at each site Monday through Friday on-site. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct instruction aligned with individual IEP goals Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers Develop, implement, and manage IEPs including progress monitoring and data collection Maintain regular communication with families and educational support teams to foster student success Qualifications: Active Minnesota Special Education teaching license with any qualifying endorsement (LD, EBD, ASD, etc.) Experience in a resource setting is highly preferred Strong organizational and collaborative skills to support diverse student needs Position Details: Location: Lakeville, MN Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, part-time split between two elementary schools (half day at each) Contract duration: ASAP start through June 11, 2026 Caseload includes pull-out services and collaborative inclusion support for various grade levels Benefits: Competitive hourly pay ranging from $38 to $45, commensurate with skills and qualifications Comprehensive healthcare benefits are available W2 contract employment status provides stability and consistent pay If you hold an active Minnesota Special Education license and have experience supporting students in a resource setting, this role offers a rewarding chance to impact student growth in an elementary environment. xsgimln Apply today to bring your expertise to this dynamic teaching assignment.
