Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students specific academic, social, and emotional needs. Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and parents to create inclusive learning environments. Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Utilize various instructional techniques to engage students and promote developmental growth. Comply with all federal and state special education regulations. Qualifications: Valid teaching certification in Special Education. Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations. Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
