Adapt general education lessons to meet the specific needs of students with disabilities. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student progress. Monitor and document student performance, behavior, and progress regularly. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and assistive technologies to enhance student learning. Maintain a supportive and positive classroom environment. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Special Education teaching certification appropriate for K-12. Experience working with students across the K-12 spectrum in special education settings. Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices. Ability to design and implement IEPs and accommodations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Location: Felicity, Ohio Duration: Contract position for the current school year (CSY).
