This opportunity is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with expertise in pharmacy practice to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care in a rehabilitation setting. Irmo, SC Schedule: Day Shift Monday through Friday Key Responsibilities: Review and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness for rehab patients Provide clinical pharmaceutical care and counseling to patients and healthcare teams Monitor patient medication regimens and adjust therapy as needed under supervision and established protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize medication management and patient outcomes Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements Desired Experience and Qualifications: Licensed Pharmacist with clinical pharmacy experience Previous work in a rehabilitation or similar healthcare setting preferred Strong knowledge of medication therapy management and drug utilization guidelines Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety This contract offers a structured day shift schedule Monday through Friday, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.
