A position is available for a Clinical Pharmacist with experience in a rehabilitation setting. This contract role is based in Cayce, SC and offers an opportunity to contribute clinical pharmacy expertise in a focused healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical pharmacy services to support patient care in a rehabilitation setting Review and evaluate medication orders for appropriateness, safety, and compliance with established protocols Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize pharmaceutical care plans Monitor patient responses to medications and make recommendations as necessary Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards Qualifications: Licensed Pharmacist with clinical experience Knowledge of medication management in rehab or similar settings Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and make informed clinical decisions Schedule/Hours: Day Shift Monday through Friday This contract position is expected to last 4 to 6 weeks, with an immediate start date.
