This full-time or part-time position offers an opportunity to provide essential psychological services in a K-12 educational setting. The role is based onsite four days a week with one day available for remote work, totaling 35 hours per week at 7 hours per day. The primary focus is on supporting elementary students and contributing as part of the evaluation team, carrying a caseload of approximately 50-60 students. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for K-12 students with an emphasis on elementary education Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Participate actively in multidisciplinary evaluation teams to assess student needs Provide consultative services and support to staff and families regarding behavioral and learning challenges Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly to support educational success Qualifications: Degree in School Psychology or related field, with appropriate certifications or licensure Experience working within K-12 educational settings, preferably with a focus on elementary-aged students Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and organizational skills Location: Sterling Heights, MI This contract position offers a structured schedule with flexibility through remote work and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student well-being and academic achievement.
